"The Window series has been developed using a unique process. In the beginning stages of the vessel, holes are made through the colored layers of glass. These are then cased in more clear glass, and blown up, creating the large oblong windows in the vessel. I gain the most from the material by using the transparency of the clear glass in conjunction with the opacity of the colored glass. The simple forms are an elegant display for the windows."
